I am an experienced Local Area Network administrator/instructor with a multi-lingual (Italian & Russian) background.  I am proficient in Novell NetWare, Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP. I am skilled with both hardware and software.  I have excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.  I possess the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel.  I have strong organizational and leadership qualities.

Personal computer consulting firm for small business offices and home systems. Includes installing, repairing, and upgrading hardware, software, and networks, and training end users to use their systems more efficiently.  Also develop Access databases and web sites.

Mindworks    1997-2001

As Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Master Certified NetWare Instructor (MCNI), was responsible for training technical users from major corporations in Microsoft and Novell networking and operating systems for use in their enterprise environments. As a member of an instructor team, streamlined processes for classroom setups including organizing and creating images for courses.
